Water rail in ditch.
Smew on the bottom pool of the Freemans complex with shelduck, gadwall, teal, shoveller, tufted duck and a smart pair of goldeneye.
5 teal and 2 black tailed godwits on the wildfowlers.

Please note that essential habitat management work, already behind schedule, needs to take place at Freeman's Pool today (11th). It obviously needs to be done before early nesting attempts.
